Project Overview
Potential suppliers of meeting services procurement projects such as the NIDA Self-Intelligent Network AN series events, Pioneer 100 workshops, and the Global Fixed Network Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as: NIDA) obtain the procurement documents from the website and submit the response documents by 10:30:00 (Beijing Time) on December 8, 2025.

Purchase method: competitive consultation
Budget amount: Five hundred and thirty thousand Yuan only ( ¥530, 000.00 )
Procurement requirements: For details, see the consultation document.
Service Period: Tentative December 10-12, 2025 (by purchasing unit)
Service Location: The main venue is located in xx city of xx province (the specific venue will be specified after the signing notice is issued). The supplier shall provide on-site and possible remote support services according to the meeting requirements.
The bidding of the consortium is not accepted for this project.

Self-financing, with a budget amount of RMB 530,000,.
III. Supplier Qualification Conditions
(I) General Conditions for Qualified Suppliers
1. Have the ability to bear civil liability independently;
2. Have good business reputation or social credibility;
3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes according to law;
5. There is no record of breach of trust.
6. Comply with other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;
7. Consultation documents have been obtained in accordance with the provisions of this bulletin.
Note: Where the person in charge of a unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding or management relationships, it shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract.
(ii) Specific Conditions for Qualified Suppliers
1. The consultation responder requires that the business scope be provided with conference services;
2. Previous success cases that provide the same/similar conference services are considered as one of the review factors.
