Notice on Solicitation of Members of the Network Innovation and Development Alliance(NIDA) Cyber Security Working Group
To explore the security defense system of next-generation Internet infrastructure, help the next-generation Internet fully consider high-level cyber security capabilities during planning and design, build the most influential security standards organization and industry platform for next-generation Internet network construction, and carry out security technology innovation and implementation incubation, security network construction solution standardization, and security testing and certification. On November 8, 2025, the Network Innovation and Development Alliance(NIDA) formally established a cyber security working group at the 3rd Network Innovation and Development Conference. The leader of the working group is China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, and the deputy leader is APAC IPv6 Council and China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Research Institute. It is now open to the whole society to solicit members of the working group units.
I. Work Content
1. Research new service scenarios of the next generation Internet and emerging security challenges faced by new network construction modes.
2. Support the initiation and research of national standards, industry standards, and research topics related to the next generation Internet cyber security direction, and provide industry input for national standards and industry standards.
3. Release cyber security group standards and conduct related tests and assessments.
4. Organize standard training and pilot demonstrations to facilitate the interconnection between security technology innovation and industry applications.
5. Take the lead and cooperate with other groups to carry out activities such as international industry summits, industry platform exchanges, and cooperative investment and construction plans to facilitate the alignment between cyber security vendors and domestic industry customers.

1. may authorize representatives of their own units to participate in meetings organized by the Union at all levels;
2. Participate in the daily meetings of the Alliance Working Group and submit documents.
3. The availability of periodic working papers and official published standard texts;
4. You can apply for alliance certification.
5. Priority is given to obtaining the research results of the working group.
6. Preferentially participate in the standard development of the working group and obtain the right to sign the standard.
7. Preferentially participate in the standard evaluation of the work team and obtain certificates and reports.
8. Preferentially participate in various cyber security industry promotion activities organized by NIDA and obtain alliance industry recommendation and marketing resources.
9. Recommend standard projects first and include them in the working group plan.
