Notice on Holding the Third "Educational Digital Human Contest" - Campus Network Agent Application Track
In order to deeply implement the national education digitalization strategy, adhere to the concept of "connection first, content first, and cooperation first", focus on integration, intelligence, and international development paths, and comprehensively promote the innovative application of artificial intelligence in student aid, teaching assistant, and management assistant scenarios, The China Association of Educational Technology will hold the 3rd "Education Digital People Contest - The Story of Me and Digital People" exhibition event in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity"). This activity aims to strengthen the hub function of the platform, lead the frontier direction of education technologies, accelerate the in-depth integration of production, learning, and research, and facilitate the R&D breakthrough and implementation of AI technologies in education. The Global Fixed Network Innovation Alliance (NIDA) participates in this competition, all members are welcome to participate in the competition. We hereby inform you of the following matters related to the event:

II. Aims and Objectives of the Activity
Driven by AI technologies, this activity focuses on the story of me and digital people. Through real and vivid practice cases, this activity demonstrates the new form and value of AI enablement education, and deeply interprets the fundamental task and nature of "building morals and building people".
(i) Purpose of the activity
Moving towards the new, creating the future wisely; Human-machine collaboration, co-cultivating a symbiotic civilization.
(ii) Objectives of the activity
With the core concept of "authenticity, co-creation, and growth", teachers and students, educators, and technology developers are encouraged to tell vivid stories of collaborative interaction and common growth with digital people in learning, teaching, management, service, and even daily life. Through these practices, we will explore the innovation paths of digital people in technology evolution and scenario application, promote their in-depth integration, effective application, and rational reflection in the field of education, help build industry benchmarks that can be replicated and promoted, and serve the learning society and the construction of a powerful education country. Focus on the following three aspects:
1. Discover the best products: Aggregate the wisdom of multiple parties and select a batch of innovative educational digital people with advanced technologies, clear education orientation, practical functions, and excellent user experience.
2. Promotion of applications: Promote the sublimation of excellent cases from individual practice to systematic experience, implement large-scale and regular application in real teaching and management scenarios, and effectively improve the efficiency and quality of teaching and learning.
3. Build an ecosystem: Collaborate with technology enterprises, educational institutions, research institutes, and frontline users to build an intelligent education ecosystem that integrates production, learning, R&D, and application and interacts with each other.

IV. Targets
This activity is intended for members of China Education Technology Association and individuals, families (including communities) and units who have experience in the real application of "me and digital people" in the course of practicing the lifelong education concept of "everyone can learn" (Including colleges and universities at all levels, scientific research institutions, enterprises and institutions, etc.) .
V. Contents of the Campus Network Agent Application Team
Implement the AI + action in the education industry, encourage smart campus construction and network service innovation, and promote the in-depth application of AI agents in scenarios such as campus network operation, security management, network service assurance, and energy saving. Enhance AI enablement to improve teaching quality, optimize students' online experience, and improve management service efficiency. Focus on the transformation of AI + technology achievements to serve universities' digital transformation and high-quality education environment construction, and build smart campuses featuring high-level self-intelligence and 24/7 AI attendance.
VI. Activity Process
This activity is organized and implemented in two phases.
The first stage is organized by various undertaking units, including branches of the China Educational Technology Association, local educational technology associations, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, enterprises and institutions. Units that intend to undertake the organizational work in the first phase shall submit a qualification application to the Executive Committee and carry out relevant work only after being examined and approved;
The second phase is a summary exhibition event, which is scheduled to be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, in May 2026. The schedule is as follows:
1. Before April 20, 2026: Complete the first stage of the exhibition. Each undertaking unit shall carry out its work in strict accordance with the approved track (group) organization and select the best works from the group. The number of achievements recommended to participate in the aggregate exhibition shall not exceed 20% of the total number of works in the group. The total number of works for each group shall not be less than 30.
The Organizing Committee will complete the review within 10 working days after receiving the recommendation materials and send an invitation letter to the eligible applicants.
2. May 2026: Held a summary exhibition, award ceremony, and "My Story with Digital People" conference in Hangzhou to showcase excellent cases and exchange innovative practices and technical solutions for AI enablement education.
VII. Award Setting
The first prize, second prize and third prize shall be set up for each group, and special prize shall be set up.
The winning works will be awarded the honorary certificate by China Educational Technology Association; Name or recommend the construction of "educational digital people, teachers and students co-created demonstration space"; At the same time, projects with research value and practical potential will be supported or recommended to be included in relevant scientific research plans.
VIII. Entry Method and Entry Requirements
(I) Registration channel
Individuals or teams must register online and submit relevant materials through the official website of the 3rd "Education Digital People Contest - Stories of Me and Digital People" of China Educational Technology Association (website: : http://www.caet.org.cn )). Apply to the Global Fixed Network Innovation Alliance. Select Campus Network Agent Application Team as the category of the work. The number of participants in each team cannot exceed 10.
There is no entry fee or entry fee for this event.
(II) List of Registration Materials
1. Application Form for Exhibition Activity: Applicants must fill in relevant information online, and the system will automatically generate the Application Form for Exhibition Activities. Please download and print the file, sign it by all members of the application team, scan it in PDF format, and upload it to the system.
2. Presentations: Submit a presentation in PDF format, covering the background, design ideas, core functions, innovation highlights, application scenarios, and implementation results of the work to help judges understand the overall situation of the work.
3. Demo video: Submit a video file in MP4 format. The video file lasts no more than 10 minutes and the file size cannot exceed 500 MB. The video content must include key elements such as the image display of the digital human education, operation demonstration of core functions, and simulation of typical application scenarios.
4. Other supporting materials (optional): Submitted in PDF or ZIP format, including but not limited to the website address of the platform for teaching digital people to use, overall design scheme, technical description documents, user operation manuals, and other auxiliary materials to further explain the technical realization and application value of the work.
(III) Entry Requirements
1. The entries must be original and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Any person involved in plagiarism, plagiarism or ownership dispute shall be disqualified once verified.
2. The content of the work must comply with national laws and regulations, adhere to the correct political direction, and promote the core values of socialism. It must not contain any content that violates laws or regulations or violates public order and good customs.
3. The same work can be applied for only one category and cannot be submitted repeatedly in multiple branches or different categories. Any violation will result in disqualification.
4. Entrants shall agree to authorize the Organizing Committee to publicize, display, promote and use the entries for educational and public welfare activities for non-commercial purposes.
