Connecting the Future, Renewing Education: Notice on Joint Membership Recruitment by CAET and NIDA
Branch Profile
Jointly established under the initiative of the China Association for Educational Technology (CAET) and the Network Innovation and Development Alliance (NIDA), the "Education Intelligent Network Technology Professional Committee of the China Association for Educational Technology" (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is established under CAET, while the "Education Industry Professional Committee" is established under NIDA. The two committees collaborate closely to jointly advance education network-related operations, actively responding to the national "AI + Education" strategy, focusing on the deep integration of "AI Empowerment" and "Communication Networks," and propelling the leap of campus networks from "connectivity-driven" to "intelligence-driven," thereby providing solid support for the intelligent transformation of education.
Who Can Join
University Information/Network Centers: Educational informatics departments seeking to drive the intelligent upgrade of campus networks.
K-12 & Basic Education Schools: Primary and secondary schools committed to smart campus construction.
Enterprise Units: Network equipment manufacturers, educational informatics integrators, AI technology providers, software developers, etc.
Research Institutes: Research institutions engaged in fields related to educational technology, communication networks, artificial intelligence, etc.
Industry Experts and Scholars: Individuals with professional expertise in educational informatics, network technology, AI applications, etc.
Membership Benefits (Dual Membership Status)
Standards Leadership: Participate in the drafting, authorship, and publication of educational intelligent network group standards (NIDA has released the world's first autonomous network construction standard for the education sector).

Application Process
Individual applicants need only apply to CAET; institutional applicants must apply to both CAET and NIDA simultaneously (NIDA membership is restricted to organizations only).
(I) CAET Committee Application (Required for both Individual and Institutional Applicants):
Visit https://member.caet.org.cn or follow the "China Association for Educational Technology" official WeChat account to register for membership.
Select "Education Intelligent Network Technology Professional Committee" under the branch selection, fill out the application form, and submit it after signing and stamping.
Pay membership fees online upon approval:
Institutional Members: Enterprises RMB 3,000/year; Non-enterprises (schools, societies, etc.) RMB 1,000/year;
Individual Members: RMB 100/year;
Student Members: RMB 50/year.

Affix the official seal of the organization and the signature of the legal representative, then send the completed form along with the organization's LOGO to contact@nida-alliance.org.
Complete admission procedures upon approval (membership fees are waived for non-profit organizations such as research institutes and higher education institutions).
