Notice on the Solicitation of Members for the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation) of the Network Innovation and Development Alliance
To adapt to the emerging requirements of fieldbus network communications in the era of industrial intelligence and to further foster the healthy development of the Zhiyao Network industry and ecosystem, the Network Innovation and Development Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "the Alliance") proposes to establish the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation). The Alliance is now publicly soliciting expert representatives from member units across the Alliance.
With the acceleration of industry intelligence, process industries, precision manufacturing, embodied intelligence, intelligent vehicles, and smart energy are facing a shared demand for industrial bus network upgrades. Industry leaders and enterprise flagships across sectors have actively initiated research and applications into Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), and the industry chain is rapidly forming and refining. However, this new type of fieldbus network technology system based on SPE still faces numerous challenges regarding core capability development, route selection, interoperability, and systematic standards, calling urgently for industry-wide collaboration to co-build a unified ecosystem.
To facilitate cross-domain collaboration across requirements, technology, standards, and industry applications for next-generation fieldbus networks, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. joined hands with dozens of industry, academic, research, and application entities to launch the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation). Addressing various fieldbus upgrade demands and technical innovations in emerging scenarios, the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation) focuses on the development trends, technological innovation, industry chain synergy, and key industry applications of Zhiyao Network. It brings together forces from government, industry, academia, research, and application sectors to accelerate industry consensus and construct an industry incubation platform for a next-generation intelligent Ethernet technology system with global influence. The Committee will drive joint innovation and ecosystem building guided by scenario-based demand consensus, accelerating the maturity of key technologies and the implementation of standards and specifications. Through concrete measures such as establishing Special Interest Groups (SIGs), the Committee will systematically conduct deep research on industry requirements, technology innovation and cooperative incubation, achievement sharing, and industry chain cultivation.
2. Key Technical Breakthroughs: Lead and organize key technical research, product prototyping, joint innovation, and testing & verification urgently needed by the industry for Zhiyao Network.
3. Standards Input: Identify standardization requirements in this domain, provide industrial input for national standards, industry standards, group standards, and research topics, and support standardization work upon request from standards organizations.
5. Ecosystem & Events: Encourage the Alliance and partner organizations to hold Zhiyao Network industry summits and exchange activities to promote the healthy development of the Zhiyao ecosystem.
Member Benefits
Members of the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation) can participate in all activities of the Committee, obtain work deliverables in a timely manner, and fully leverage their role in industry chain synergy, including:
1. Proposal & Resource Support: Submit proposals to the Zhiyao Network Professional Committee (In Preparation); proposals included in the Committee's work plan will receive matching resources to support goal realization.
2. Standards Participation: Gain priority access to information on standard drafting initiated by the Committee to apply for participation in relevant standardization work.
3. Priority Testing & Certification: Gain priority access to standard testing and evaluation information driven by the Committee to apply for and obtain corresponding test reports and certificates.
