To deepen the consensus on the new Internet industry and accelerate the implementation of the industry, the 3rd Network Innovation and Development Conference hosted by the Global Fixed Network Innovation Alliance (NIDA) was successfully held. With the theme of "Crossing Industry Boundaries and Unleashing Innovation Momentum", the summit focused on consensus building, standard formulation, and practice promotion, and pooled efforts from various parties to explore new paths for industry development. Wu Hequan, a special expert from the NIDA Strategic Advisory Committee 2025 meeting, attended the summit and delivered a speech.

The "Certificate Awarding Ceremony for New Quality Internet Pioneer Cities" was held at the meeting, aiming to select and promote city-level network construction practices with forward-looking and exemplary effects. The Ultra-High-Speed Intelligent Network Construction for Digital Twin Cities project submitted by Shenzhi City is based on its breakthrough achievements in building a city-level network architecture featuring low latency, high reliability, and intelligent dispatching. Successfully selected in the case database of "New Quality Internet Pioneer City Construction Action Plan".


Case highlights:
1. Converge multiple service planes such as the digital twin platform, bearer computing network, air network, and data network.
2. Based on Pengcheng's ultra-high-speed optical network, Huawei provides ultra-high-speed and ultra-low-latency computing resource scheduling and data transmission assurance.
3. Integrate deep learning and intelligent awareness to achieve collaborative scheduling of computing and networks and stable and efficient service services.
The conference launched the new chapter of the new Internet pioneer city 2026, which was co-sponsored by 10 cities in nine countries. Shenzhen, Nanjing, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Indonesia, Spain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As a representative of Shenzhen, Shenzhi City Communications was invited to participate in the lamppost lighting ceremony, symbolizing Shenzhen's role in building a global connected smart city network and its willingness to lead.
